AIM Schedule:

October 10, 2026:  Student Registration Due (see instructions below)

November 10, 2026:  Testing Materials Available

March 9, 2027:  Theory, Ear Training, and Music Listening Tests Due

April 17, 2027:  Performance, Keyboard Skills, and Technique Day

 

Registration: 

• Chapter members who wish to have their students participate in AIM should submit an AIM Registration Form (<---click this link) and pay the student registration fees to the Davis Chapter AIM Chair by the deadline. 

• Students with learning differences, neurodivergence, or other disabilities are encouraged to participate in AIM, and may request reasonable accommodations to assist in their participation. The Accommodation Form should be filled out by the teacher, and submitted to the Chapter AIM Chair with registration.

• The State AIM Registration Fee is $35 per student. This covers participation in one AIM level for one year. The fee is the same whether a student participates in the full program or part of the program. Please send the total fees (calculated automatically on the AIM Registration Form) to the Chapter AIM Chair in one check made out to: "Davis UMTA"

 

Registration Form Instructions:

1. Follow the link above for the AIM Registration Form. Click "Make a Copy" when it asks. Add your name to the file name at the top. You can use File-->Rename, or click in the box. This should save the file in your Google Drive. 

2. Fill out the registration as completely as possible. You have to *click* in each field/box to be able to type. As you add students, notice that the total # of students and registration fees update automatically. 

3. When you are finished with your registrations, send it to the AIM Chair by clicking on File-->Share-->Share with others

4. Then type the email address (angelamcbride88@gmail.com) in the blue box to share with Angela.
